Tournament Details
It is with great regret that we are going to have to cancel our final tournament this season. We have worked diligently to find alternatives and we held hope that the waters would recede, but this decision is unavoidable.
FOR EVERYONE WHO IS REGISTERED for this event, we will ISSUE REFUNDS. Please BE PATIENT as we process the refunds. It will be over the next few days.
We will not roll any entry fees to the Championship.
WE WILL COUNT AOY POINTS THROUGH THE CHAMPIONSHIP. We’ll keep everyone posted on any other decisions that need to be made as a result of this cancellation.
PLEASE DO NOT FLOOD US WITH PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES because we cannot possibly respond to everyone individually. We will do the very best we can to communicate with everyone as we can.
We also ask that you continue to pray for everyone in the area around Lake Ray Roberts as the cleanup and rebuilding continues.
